After winning two national fitness awards and several beauty titles, Maria Lauren (aka: Maria Elena Alberici - Riccio) performed on television and stage as an actress, singer and dancer. Maria had the opportunity to entertain with icons Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and many more while in the girl group, The Golddiggers. During this time, Maria appeared as an on-going performer on the Dean Martin TV Series and Specials, The Jonathan Winters Shows etc.

Maria Lauren performs as the Alberici Sisters and wrote a book with her sister Linda Eichberg about their exciting time in show business called, "Beyond Our Wildest Dreams".

As a Speaker and TV Host, Maria Lauren motivates audiences to live a positive lifestyle with the theme, "You Got The Power". Her inspirational CD, "Relax-n- Renew" contains Guided Imagery with soothing music by Al Alberici.

Maria Lauren is a certified fitness instructor and a Big Band singer and writes a monthly blog (Living, Inspiration, Fitness, Entertainment), "Your Powerful LIFE".
